    I guess if I was a software engineer for AOL, I might like this format. I would have learned all the nuances and short cuts as the program was being built. Anywhere I've ever worked, we had an opportunity to learn the new program or format before we went live. I'm not computer illiterate, I'm just at the point in my life where I don't need to be force fed "upgrades".
