BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT
This new format is just plain awful. Hate it so much, I am going to go through the absolute misery that it will cause to change my email provider. After decades. This s**ks.

What happen to my contacts?
How about the contacts?? What did y’all do to them!! This is why I stopped using the app!! Now y’all have taken it from the browser use.
I’ve been using the email for over 20 years. Guess it’s time to change. -
Difficult to read subjects
The new font/spacing and density makes the inbox very difficult to read on mobile.

Take that big ad out of the middle of my list of email
We get enough spam mail. Now you have a bill board in the middle of my mail I can't get rid of without screwing all my mail up. Hate it!

Class action lawsuit in progress
Will contact attorney tomorrow to initiate class action lawsuit re: new AOL webmail format. Serious damage done

Revert back to the old email!
Please listen to the hundreds of complaints that you are receiving. The new email format is absolutely terrible. Shame on your for blasting us with junk ads!

Should have left it like it was...it is terrible now...was really simple before...hate the new version...if it ain't broke don't fix it

Delete all new mail
There was a delete all option on new mail. As most of my mail is of no interest I would look at some and delete the rest with one press of this button. Individually deleting 50 e-mails is not practical.

Pop up adds are very distracting they got to go there in the way.

I do not want my email shared with contacts I do not know just because a friend sent me a group email.
I get emails occasionally that are sent to many people who are friends with the sender but not with me or each other. Normally in a group email I ignore all of the addresses but now I see that these people are ending up on my contact list which is getting really crowded.

Get rid of the ads!
Get rid of the ads! Not happy with aol. Will be moving on if I have to deal with this!
