Hate the new style format especially the ads. Read emails immediately annoyingly drop into old mail and the 'mark as unread' does'nt work.
Go back to old format for now and rethink the new format in light of all the criticism from customers .

New look of my AOL page
This morning my mail box and all have a complete new look. Before had a column on the left with my mail and on the right could pick which news article to read. It was simple and practical. You screwed it all up with this new look. What happened? Stephane C.

When I push select no delete option appears. How do I DELETE.
Stop playing with what was working just fine u til about six months ago!!

New Look Mail
Terrible new look for mail.None of my pictures show up in my own mail or when I send to others: none will open.
When I select "Contacts",I can also select "next" or "previous".When trying to actually select an addressee for mailing the first 10 or so,names display but then one cannot scroll to rest of my names.The "next" does not work,etc.
I would also like to delete those ads that stay on all my pages.

RETURN TO OLD EMAIL FORMAT
I didn't ask for this change in email format. Why was it foisted upon me? It is not an improvement by any measure, except aol makes more money by now polluting my inbox with ads. My old email back please or I will be departing aol for good.

Change this ****** format to the previous one!
I loathe the new format. I have used AOL for decades and there was nothing wrong with the format, so why change it? As far as those annoying ads in the middle of my inbox, it makes me cringe to check my mail now. Either change it back or I will make one of my secondary emails my primary.

Can i get the old mail viewer back?
New view is less functional. Also ads appear in the middle of my email list.
