New terms and conditions
You ask me to accept new terms and conditions with “start here”....I press the link and it asks me to sign in with my password which I do. I then press “next” and it just takes me back to aol.mail.
How on earth am I supposed to accept your new terms and conditions with this stupid system? WT -
Poor design
I've tried to give the new format a chance, but I find it cumbersome. I have to hunt for my actions. And some actions now require more steps (i.e. marking mail as ""not spam" and really slow me down.
Where's my news? I'll have to hunt for that as well because I haven't seen it since the format changed. I've been going elsewhere.
It's definitely not friendly for or to this user. -

I want my old basic aol format. I’ve been paying for aol for about 30 years. If I can’t get basic back, I’ll change providers. It’s as simple as that, and I’ll have one less monthly bill. I will not pay for something I don’t like.

Delete a selection of emails all together. Nor have to delete one by one.. so I have tens of thousands

Why intentionally make this harder to use?
The toolbars don't appear, so I can't take an action after selecting a message. If you need ads, it made more sense to keep them on a fixed header/footer where they're smaller but always visible - instead of ridiculously oversized and interrupting the inbox (that just makes us angry at the sponsor!)
I shouldn't have to OPEN a spam message to mark it as such, but that's the case when the controls don't reliably show up in an easy-to-use position.

Stop placing bugs into the online version so that people feel oblidged to use your app, you wee parasites
Online version wont let me read mail or open old mail box.

Stop asking me to accredit my account, as a result my account is dysfunctional. Barely use this now, only legacy stuff which is very inconv.
Stop messing with my account.

I am not able to enter the section "read mails" in the new format. That is really problematic and I would be happy if you could solve this
If I try to enter "read mails" I end up in the section "new mails". If I try to open or read a mail it opens and closes instantly again...
Please, can you solve this problem instantly?!
