PLEASE do something about SPAM
I receive at least 60 spams every day. Most are repeated several times. PLEASE ADD A CATEGORY TO DELETE SPAM ALL AT ONE TIME rather than having to delete one at a time. In fact if you guys can't correct this I'm not even gonna bother with the SPAM BOX. In 3 days time I received over 178 and naturally I had to delete one at a time. THATS BULLSHITT. I'm not even gonna check my SPAM box and just let it build up

Block domain
The ability to block spam by just the domain name. I get emails constantly but they change the user name so I can’t block them

Cut the pop ups annoying.

Spam
This needs a select all button for deleting all the messages in spam. I get so many spam messages that it's really a pain having to click each individual one to delete them all. Other than that, I like the new format so far.

Where is the delete all spam??? I get 30 to 50 every day!!! FIX IT!!!!!!

Put it back to how it was
Too many useless ads and the way it's now set out is terrible. Put back the way it was.

Looking for new provider
I do not want spam in the middle of my emails. Match.com is stuck right after the 1st email and deleting it makes it come right back. I have already deleted important emails because of this. Please fire the idiot that came up with the new format.

Need to be able to create rules
We need to be able to create rules for emails, such as ones that identify senders or phrases, and move them to trash. I've had dozens of emails that advise that some retailer, like CVS, "has a surprise for you". Undoubtedly malicious. WHY CAN'T WE BLOCK THESE WITH RULES?

Once I deleted an email from spam folder, doesn't appear on trash, if accidentally were deleted no way to recover

I hate the new AOL mail. It is not easier or convenient. It is a pain ********** and more complicated, more work. OLD AOL MAIL PLEASE!!!!! Maybe its time to go to GMAIL.

How can I get (alerts@njtransit.ealert.com) to stop emailing me. They refuse to stop even after I’ve asked multiple times over the course of seven years. Their customer services acknowledge my request, but continue to send emails. I no longer live in NJ for the last seven years. To whom can I file a formal complaint on your end.

Spam filter is not good. Many emails every day about bitcoin/ “oil profit”, blocking doesn’t work, they just use a different email
Set up AI filter to ensure that commonly flagged spam that is similar or identical is then automatically blocked
