On your comments page where people can exchange ideas and thoughts you are very limited in what you allow or reject, I do believe you have AI monitoring this as words like dreadful bore are banned from an overall dialogue, if someone is being this then why can you not state this? I have comments stopped only to be published when a human reads the same comments

Make it easier to contact somebody on AOL
My son is locked out of AOL all the verifications don't work and he therefore can't access his emails. The Landline phone verification is too quite and speaking too fast. This wasting everybody's time and not very proffessional. His email is colecomms@aol.com and needs this very urgently. Your phone contact don't work as the numbers are unrecognisable. Please reply very urgently.

I cannot set my location - change to software needed?
I live in Woodhall Spa, England, UK. My location and weather are always shown as New York and the ;Edit' function will not let me change it. I can fill in my correct location but it reverts to New York as soon as I hit 'Enter'.

Stop using AI to police the comment section on your news feed. It does nothing to improve or contribute to any discourse. We are all adults
Get rid of your AI censorship or at the very least get someone who lives in the real world who has an education because this present system was obviously written by an American Christian fundamentalist who was home schooled by their parents who never got past 3rd grade.

The Comments section after many News articles, routinely rejects comments that adhere to the Policy Guidelines, today a comment was rejected purely for the phrase "The Cuban Missile Crisis", this was in response to a news item concerning the Doomsday Clock. It is totally unacceptable that respectful dialogue is rejected ... yet I often have to report blatantly offensive comments that have been published.

I would like to comment about the ridiculous article about Taylor swifts appearance on graham norton. Cillian Murphy is a man, we are not interested in engagement rings. She is lucky he wasn't me, I would probably have told her that she could house at least three families for the cost of the stone she was wearing.

Readers commenting on news items page. AI rejecting half of our comments without understanding what we say.
You claim We do not censor. ALL of us on the comments forum page are repeatedly censored and accused of violating the community. Most of us regulars have been censored up to 80 times already. Your AI inspector does not understand what we try to say and continually blocks all of us every day. Look at history over last 4 months fir confirmation please.
