OMG how I miss the old AOL
I am old...71 I was on computers before the internet. I remember how I felt what a breath of fresh air AOL was in the day. I AM SO SORRY that the masses moved over to the platforms that we have today. Freedom gone original thinking gone. Yes we argued had trouble in Chats but your platform gave us something to think about, not information being forced in our heads. I can say till the day I die NEVER ME. Oh how I miss those days. I have been trying for almost a week to get a simple answer to a simple question. I have used your feedback, report a bug, online help and even the PHONE and nothing! I simply believe you don't want to hear from us mere users. You sure don't want us to question your policies and you REFUSE to explain your actions.

Increase the limit of emails I can send
I belong to an organization that receives and sends a lot information. I use Outlook and email merge to reach out to members quickly I should not be limited to 20 every 1 or 2 hours. I feel that my free speech is being censored and limited.

Since when does correcting a typo become against AOL "guidelines" It's quite obvious from the posts I've had rejected that it isn't the "content" that causes the rejection but the source of the comment
