  4. AOL email

    I would prefer that you revert to the old email format. I am now using your 'Basic' format as the new 'Standard' is too slow. However, if you wish to persist with new, I would suggest these changes:
    1. Delete/Spam button should have 'Undo' function.
    2. 'Apply' button is unnecessary, 'Actions' is enough.
    3. Attaching files is complicated. Was a simple one-step before.
    4. Bring back the ability to 'Insert' photos within body of email.
    5. Address bar now only shows 4 names at a time. It used to be unlimited, so you can see at a glance all the…

  6. Quit trying to improve it.

    I hate this mess you have made of my e-mails. It is driving me crazy. I am 87 years old, please give me back my last improvement, that was enough for me to handle. This is over the top. I am not a tech guru. Enough is enough. Leave it alone.

    I am a PAYING AOL customer.
    This "un-user friendly" new email format is really bad.

  11. Make Changes to AOL Email system

    Not happy with the converted AOl email system. It appears to be Yahoo email with an AOL name. Before under the old system i could delete 1000 Deleted emails and or 1000 Spam emails at a time.

    I currently have over 5000 emails and I deleted them pages at a time. Current email system only lets me delete 100 deleted emails or 100 spam emails at the time .

    This is very time consuming.

    I would like to be able to delete the 1000 Deleted category or Spam category emails at the time .....

    Will you PLEASE get rid of the FREE MAIL BANNER. I have had free mail since 1995. I can't go any further to get to my mail unless I go back and forth cancelling the mail screen. Very annoying.
