Since AOL doesn't give any help in cleaning out **** emails in SPAM – it's not possible to click on one to stop sending them – I'm going to move all my emails to gmail.com. I've never encountered a **** email on gmail.com. They just keep coming, in fact they're increasing in daily number. When I finally bite the dust, someone in my family could possibly find them on my AOL account and wonder, "WHAT was Dad/Grandpa/Great Grandpa into!" What a legacy that'll be. So... so long to AOL.

Poor judgement on AOL's advertisement department. Before you advertise make sure what your clients are advertising is what the customer gets. People beware of banner advertising on AOL

Follow up on the feedback
Follow up on the feedback you receive. Your chat and phone agents made me go to this feedback to say I cannot like, dislike comments. Nor can I make a comment. This was done over a month ago and the problem still exists. Make your agents log the issue and get them to the right people without going to this ignored function.

Inappropriate ads in my email
I frown on the ED ads popping up in my email page along with inappropriate nearly **** ads. I do not wish to see ads wanting to introduce me to women. You can control this please or my time with AOL will be finished. Thanks

The purpose of hyphenation is to increase clarity. The hyphen between critically and acclaimed is completely unnecessary, as there is no possible confusion that could result by leaving it out. Inserting a hyphen where it’s not needed is like adding an exclamation mark when there’s no interjection or exclamation. It’s not an oversight, it’s an error.

I am unable to comment on articles on the AOL carousel for 72 hours now. The comment button at the end of a news article turns gray when I click on it instead of opening comments and a comment box. Hope you can fix.

WHY AM I BLOCKED FROM READING COMMENTS?
Why is it that when I click on "See Comments," at the end of an article, nothing happens? I've closed and reopened AOL and still no access to the Comments. I've checked my system for malware and spyware...there are no issues with either. Have also rebooted the computer and gone back on AOL's software. STILL CAN NOT ACCESS COMMENTS. Yet, I see that the total number of comments increases, so some of your customers aren't having this problem. What's up with that AOL? I'm a paying customer and am not getting what I'm entitled to. FIX IT !!!!!

EVEN AFTER CLOSING OUT AOL AND GOING BACK IN, EVEN AFTER REBOOTING COMPUTER...WHEN I CLICK ON SEE COMMENTS...NOTHING HAPPENS. WHAT'S GOING ON AOL? WHY IS IT YOU CONTINUALLY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY'RE PAYING FOR? YOU FIX ONE THING AND ANOTHER CRAPS UP!!!!!
