Security Key
How do you insert a Security Key when you have not made it possible to create one for login/sign in purposeds. You instruct Click NEXT to Scan QR Code. When I click NEXT Firefox comes up asking to insert Security Key.
How bizarr is that? I have sent you, AOL, many messages all to no avail. Not even one response. It is all a complete waste of my time.
I now wish to leave 2 way verification.

Mail.aol.com website stops responding
AFter selecting a couple of emails on mail.aol.com, the website seems to freeze up asnothing else can be interacted with, but the other options on the browser still work. This seems to only happen after the page is refreshed, tried it on chrome and edge without having different results

Make your AI "editors" more "Intelligent". Even if I post something as simple as "Not True" it is "rejected" - WHY? That doesn't seem very "intelligent" to me! Give them some smart pills and don't start thinking about raising subscription fees until you clean your house!

The sensational articles posing as relevant and truthful news stories or health issues are nothing but click bate. I am trying to remove myself from AOL as soon as possible. AOL is no better than whoever posts false and fear mongering articles in trashy publications and online garbage. OOOOO one day the universe is gonna be destroyed. If I lay on my left side when I sleep I'll get Alzheimer's. Stop it already. I guess whoever is in charge believes we're all stupid cows lapping up this trash.

Defective Mail Composer: Cursor disappears on every AD refresh on the screen
While composing a new email, the cursor disappears every time a new AD pops up on the right side of the screen on a desktop or laptop computer (Windows)!! This has been going on for weeks, if not even months now and is extremely annoying. I now have to write the text of my mail in a word processor then copy and paste into the mail message to send it. This is totally unacceptable!!

Can't sign out
Chat made a ticket saying the issue is probably due to an AOL update
Can't sign out properly although Chat said it isn't a security issue.
When I try to sign in later I have to go to the two step process.

I am SICK TO DEATH of the vulgar, sexually explicit email that I am inundated with every day. I have tried blocking email addresses and using filters, but the **** continues. It all goes into my spam folder, but I have to review my spam folder daily because AOL still puts non-spam mail into my spam folder. I have complained about this before, but nothing changes. I prefer AOL to gmail, but if the **** continues, I will cancel my paid AOL subscription and exclusively use gmail.

I toggled off all of my marketing communications many months (maybe 1+ years) ago and continue to get AOL marketing emails - mostly regarding security and backup systems for purchase. Each time I get another, I go back into my preferences to make sure they're all still toggled off and they are. Please correct this issue. It's not a good look for AOL, as an email provider, when your own marketing preferences to prevent SPAM don't work. Thanks, in advance, for stopping these emails.

Will pay to reactivate old account (or recreate with old username)
I will pay you to let me verify my identity and restore my old deactivated account! Please allow us to either reactivate or create new accounts with our old username/emails!
Create a process where we can verify activity, such as contacts, as well as providing ID, location, etc. Many people will pay to retrieve memories and access to other accounts. You can make money and win people back!!!
