  2. My issue is that I cannot delete a monthly recurring event on my AOL calendar. "9AM Monthly Reminder". Help please.

    Your telephone assistant asked that I post my issue here. I cannot delete a monthly recurring event on my AOL calendar. I constantly get an error message stating that it is a "Failure to Delete". I no longer need this monthly reminder and wish to delete it in its entirety. It is the only calendar event for that recurring day. The event starts as "9AM Monthly Reminder to Complete Monthly Van Logs". Please assist.

    Presently AOL is difficult to use, is not user friendly and disappears before it can be read or analyzed. WHY? In it's original version AOL was the hall mark of how e-mail should work; simple and clear presentation allowing the user to decide on the 'next' step in it's future. Please return AOL e-mail to the original version.

  6. Pls fix the October 24, 2026 android mail version

    The 10/24/26 android mail version does not work on 2 Motorola phones I own. All caches and all possible switches in mail settings have been optimized. The app does not allow switching from New Mail view to Sent view in a timely way - takes abt 3 minutes to switch. Switching back to New Mail from Sent takes longer, or never happens without restarting the app. Also you can't move mail from New Mail to another folder at all. You can't create a new folder without the app freezing. You can't delete a folder. You can't move mail from one…

  8. not make updates to contacts or anything so challenging for a 92-year-old

    an update 5-8 months ago changed the way the section on the right, where contacts are, looks. It's different now on how to update a contact. my 92-year-old aunt doesn't like it. very hard for her to learn new things.

  9. All AOL sounds are disabled. In the last two days when you sign off you get the sound "GOOBYE"

    This is not an idea it is an AOL problem. I go into settings and click on Personalization tap and the click the sounds tap. All sounds have been disabled. When I sign off I get the annoying sound "GOODBY". I have spoken with two other AOL customers who say the same thing is happening to them. Please advise as to how to correct this problem.

  11. Don't shake down your users for AOL Assist by making it nearly impossible to log in.

    Don't make it nearly impossible to log in. Then, after spending an hour on the phone with support - shaking down your users by recommending AOL Assist (for an additional $20/month).

  13. Automatically filter official AOL email as “not spam”, unless …..

    Official AOL mail shouldn’t go to a spam filter unless you folks think it might be? The carbonite ads from Michele from AOL that have the green checkbox. One happened yesterday, so I will let it there to see what happens.

    An unknown user is using an alias email to make purchases. AOL REFUSES to delete those alias emails.

    Hi, I'm a Senior citizen, and have been with AOL for 25 years. And i just want to request that could you please put an option to enlarge the email header on my AOL Desktop Gold? I am having a very hard time to read that part of my sent emails, please help me with this one. Thankyou, would love to see that this will be taken care of.
