  3. Get rid of the yellow and go back to blue, Please!

    For years the app icon and the homepage logo was a pleasing shade of blue. Why did you change it to ugly yellow and black. It looks like a Caution traffic sign.

  4. AOL is rejecting all of my comments no matter how benign. AOL claims not to censor,, that is a lie. I have used AOL since it's conception. I

    I have used AOL since it's conception, I have never seen anything like what I am seeing now, Why post articles with a comment section and then not allow comments? The content moderation is ridiculous. Comments are rejected for using words that are in the article. The " Rules" appear to have been written by a 5 year old.

  8. At the direction of tech support, and a senior technician at AOL, I am submitting feedback for a technical issue

    Up until this morning, I've been able to check my *.cs.com email in the Gmail app on my Android phone. I have two *.cs.com accounts, the other one works just fine using imap.aol.com and port 993, and smtp.aol.com using port 465. And using SSL\TLS. But the other *.cs.com account won't authenticate against those mail servers. It doesn't work with the csi.com domain either, which support asked me to try. The error is username or password is incorrect. I'm able to get to my email in a browser at mail.aol.com, and through the AOL mail app which I installed on my…

  14. Comment "Report" and "Mute" function no longer available

    Every time one of your IT / Programming people change things up; you make it worse than it was to begin with. Not only has it become a pain, with unnecessary steps to view posts, now the "Report" and "Mute" functions are no longer available. The "up" arrow to share or copy a remark on other social media outlets is of less importance than when your AI censors don't catch obscenities or personal attacks and there's no way to remove the venomous rhetoric from the comment forum.   20. Stop the large ad at the very top of the homepage

    Every time you decide to put the large ad on the top of the homepage it shifts the whole page down. Then I click on an article in the news feed and come back to the homepage to find more stories and the page reloads to put the ad on top just as I am trying to click on another story. It is maddening. Stop putting ads on the top! It's bad enough that you have moving ads on the sides to distract as I read, I don't need this **** dropping the page down.
