4. Please return the mail format to the way it was before you started putting the, supposed, last name first in the message header. I

   Last name first is ok sometime but changing the sender’s name order is a useless change. Why did you even bother?
   If you look at many of the sender’s names now they look foolish.

    As a long time follower of AOL, over the years I have been generally satisfied with the reporting of news and headlines on the AOL opening page. However a recent change to the opening page format has led me in a negative direction. I noticed the reporting agencies that initiated and generated the story are no longer displayed. The reader must now "open" the story to see what agency wrote it. AOL has caught on to the fact that readers will not open stories written and labeled by biased and low integrity news reporting agencies. This new format will in theory increase the number of hits a story receives because the reader must open the story to find out which news agency wrote it. The popularity of poorly covered AOL stories will now be inaccurately increased through readers that open a story and then when finding out it was written by a garbage agency, close it without reading it. Go back to the old format.
