How can we improve AOL?

Fix AOL email loading!

I have been trying for 6 hours to simply send an email from the AOL/Netscape account I've had for 20 years. AOL Help won't even load. My Gmail account loads, opens, and sends no problem, what's up with AOL? I'm about to delete my account.

    I cannot load any emails when logging in online. Okay on my android phone.

    I agree. AOL page and especially email have become very slow, unstable, unreliable. What the **** happened? AOL needs to get rid of some ads and some of the cookie processing, which seems to slow things to a crawl. The AOL platform is becoming useless.
