I'm trying to get my AOL Gold put back on my computer, I called and was hold for 30 minutes, then when the person finale answered he said hello thanks for calling AOL and then hangs up. This is ridiculous customer service considering it's a service I'm paying for. My AOL Gold seems to go out every 2 or three weeks and when I do get someone they are more concerned with selling one of your services than proactively fixing this problem. I'm beginning to think that is done so you keep trying to sell me more services. I just got a second tech on the phone I started explaining the situation and that I was not interested in purchasing any services just getting the AOL Gold reinstalled and he just hung up also what is wrong with your company are you outsourcing to people that get paid to say hello and then disconnect. I been trying now for over a hour and half in total. Now after waiting all this time a recording comes on and said they are having problems call later.
