I have been a customer with AOL for over 20 years. I am not able to sign in to my mails. I am a paying customer for all these years. I call customer service this morning and your agent put me on hold for about 1 hour He came back with the news that someone was also using my account in other states and for me to get service he will direct me to an outside source to fix my system for $299.00 for 1 year. This is outrageous. After paying for all these years I cannot use the computer on less I pay $299.00 This should be reported to the better business bureau for your fraudulent service,. It was an Indian man. Ridiculous.
