I have received a notice that I will no longer be able to use my Apple Mail on my desktop to check AOL. This is unacceptable, but because I am checking emails for my parents, I am unable to remove their accounts. Your junk filtering is horrible & their inboxes end up with 100-200 message of which only about 10-20 are legitimate. I continually have to mark messages as junk but they keep coming back. Also, I need to be able to keep all mail in one app because of the number of accounts that I have. Splitting them up creates multiple folders to check multiple times a day, rather than one point for all email. If you are tying to keep customers, this is not the way to do it. Most advanced users prefer to use a single app for all email, I can even use accounts from Microsoft, Google, Bellsouth (which doesn't even exist anymore), Yahoo, all but AOL. Clearly someone thought this was a good idea. They would be wrong. Have a nice day.
