i'm not sure where else to present this information, but I ran across a confirmed former employee of AOL in clear violation of their NDA currently developing a service to host AOL desktop (all the versions including the latest Gold) using trademarked code and other assets he had access to during his period as an AOL employee developing server software, clearly as a form of income as he is already making hundreds if not thousands of dollars from the people who have pre-registered. Their registration website is currently hosted at https://forum.nina.bz/ I also know the name of the individual responsible. Not only is he using confidential AOL trademrked material but also sharing it publicly.
