Because of the stupid verification codes & having to change my password several times to access my email, I have LOST all info & messages I have saved from my children because I had to keep changing my password. I don't appreciate this type of service. I am 73 years old & have been with AOL for several years & I am deeply hurt and heartbroken because I can NEVER retrieve those messages & emails from my children again because I had to enter a new password & username. Thanks a lot AOL.
