Is it standard practice to NOT allow a caller to speak with a supervisor or manager upon request? I was being given TERRIBLE service by a representative on Friday, November 6th who would only identify herself as Christine - an obviously false name by the way. Despite my repeated requests to speak with someone else, she refused to allow that by saying it was against policy.

Someone has hacked into my AOL account in a very big way. What do I do? I've changed my PASSWORD hundreds of times including about 5 minutes ago.
