AOL follow your own guidelines, let them be the standard so if there are no threats, profanity,etc. let the post stand. Check your algorithms for misuse; I used "GSA" for Gov Services Admin and the site flagged me for misuse. Controversy is expected, don't come with thin skin, differences make the site interesting, and as long as the guidelines are observed, let the chips fall where they may. Telling someone they are wrong, and to show them is not and insult, it is a correction. Without this, you allow others to take advantage. Have a "Reply" or remove them if an equal response is not allowed. Don't let Blocking become a tactic to kick a poster off a topic, and they are following the Guidelines.
