"Donald actually pulled the plug on the federal’s reserves to help small companies and stop food assistance (food stamps) to those in need in the middle of the Pandemic, so not passing a health care act is expected. He wants to cripple poor people so they will fight in the streets. He wants to disrupt the election publicaly so it will be a fight in the streets. If he gets the chaos to that level, he can declare a National Emergency, under cover of chaos, change votes or whatever, and he is in. He has to be stopped by the LAW, “Rule of Law” has to shut him down without remedy."
