I was on the verge of purchasing Assist by AOL, but do not allow ANY service to automatically renew anything and deduct money from my account. I've been an AOL user for almost 21 years. I want to maintain control of my own finances. I understand every company in the world wants to automatically deduct money from everybody's account, but I refuse. I want the service, but you won't accommodate my needs. It may fit your business model, and if you have a high enough salary you can afford to do that, great! If you want my business, I suggest you give me the option of a manual renewal that I am in charge of. Telling me I have to remember to cancel, doesn't cut it. I've been using Avast Total support for 20 years, I'm a very loyal customer, but their service has deteriorated since they moved it out of the USA. Yours sounds good and I'm interested, but your dumb policy has shut me out. I seriously suggest you allow this option. I'm having a problem with not getting emails intermittently from gmail senders. Also sometimes my emails are not received. It's NOT in my settings, something is wrong. If it's not in my settings and resident in my computer, where is it? VERY poor service on your part! The individuals helping me are excellent, but their hands are tied.
