How can we improve AOL?

access to comments

Why do we no longer have access to comments on news items? It says it's due to privacy preferences. This is for every news item. I haven't changed anything and there is nothing to say which one/one's I would need to change. I have seen various comments on this so it isn't just me. What is happening?
