Hello, my problem

Hello, I have been with aol from the begining. I have been on the phone with aol and they sent me here with my problem.
I have had to re enter small groups of addresses to send out prayer requests 2 yrs ago. The last update my group contacts are gone.
I am in desperate need of them walk me thru what to do.

    They were on my laptop but I need them back on my android phone and iPad. I don’t have my laptop with me
