Another day another rejection form AOL. This time every single post I have put up today has been rejected This is the the one today:No one here knows Depp or Heard so they don't know if he is lying or Heard is. The only way you will know is if they are impeached in their testimony. Depp has already been impeached when he claimed she cut his finger with a bottle. He could have come out under his own attorney to say he put that story about him cutting it off himself to cover her so she wouldn't get in trouble. He didn't, it wasn't until her attorney impeached him and found the evidence where he texted someone saying he did it so he wouldn't ever do it again. Meaning not to ever do something so dumb again. She hasn't been impeached as of yet, and it will be curious to see what the attorneys do and say next. The other witnesses too will need to testify before we know all the truth, so I say if you think Depp is innocent you really don't. I feel Heard is telling the truth because of the way she testifies, it's the way someone who has been abused does it. Really real!

Again, on 5/7/22 I get a rejection and here it is: They didn't know his grandfather had (UCD) besides it's handed down via mother to children. It took the third hospital to finally make the Dx when it was too late. To know that he could have been saved if ONLY someone had listened to the parents, makes it harder to swallow." Please tell me why this was rejected. I saw a post that had cussing and unacceptable language in the post. I even left a reply that was rejected to this post. It said: "How did you get past the AOL Mods?" That was rejected.

I'm waiting right now for three comments to be published 5/7/22. I've been sitting here waiting for an hour to be approved. I'll post them here so you can see if the go against the guidelines: "Savage is out now and where does that leave him? When he was sued over the first incident he didn't sue her for defamation and he got another job. Depp now is crying like a child and is suing because he's so antiquated and displeasing to view that he can't get a job, not that he ever had one. Depp sued in Virginia instead of CA because VA has anti-SLAPP legislation and CA doesn't. Which means: in VA you can sue someone taking away their first amendment rights of free speech. Depp is also lying and disrespectful of all the victims of domestic abuse when he thought it was funny and snickered over the story Heard told of her experience as she saw it."

I've been blocked by AOL for about nine months now. They don't even read my comments. They just see who I am and block me.

I have been a member of AOL since 1991, when it was dial-up. That's 31 years.
Lately, it is clear that far-right elements are protected at the cost of everyone else.
It is clear that my name--not just any comment-is the target of overbearing censorship.
I will admit that I have transgressed against the Community Guidelines on a very few occasions; however, even--for a month now--when I have absolutely complied with the Guidelines, my posts are blocked.
There is no method of redress, and I have called Customer Service several times to complain--only to be told that I need to log my issues on this forum--and being kept on hold by Customer Service for 30 or more minutes, or told--like today--that there is basically no solution but to wait, no method redress, no one I can converse with to unlock my ability to comment, that is simply stifling my voice with no clear reason anyone can or is willing to explain to me.
There is no method by which someone whose name is obviously targeted for absolute censorship can find out exactly which comment(s) led to the censorship, or how to address the issue(s), or any kind of guidance pertaining to how to get a fair hearing about the issues or recision of censorship.
I have reported AOL to the FCC repeatedly because this is a CLEAR violation of my freedom of speech.
I fully intend to provide a transcript of this "idea" to the FCC in a continuation of my complaints against AOL.
AOL: If you are going to act as the sole arbiter of censorship, you MUST provide a documented method of redress for people who are being censored. Anything less is yet another sign of the creeping fascism that threatens everything Americans hold dear.

I don't know where you live, but there are very few items that I haven't been able to find. Meat, egg, and dairy cases are full. There is no lack of fresh fruits and vegetables. No problem finding frozen items, paper towels, tissues, or toilet paper. Cleaning products fully stocked. Bread, snacks, and candy fully stocked. Over the counter meds, no problem getting those either.
