AOL needs to highlight language it deems "offensive" before rejecting a comment for not meeting guidelines. Your system is too restrictive.
After having yet again written a comment to offer a point of view on a topic, my comment was rejected. It contained no foul language, and was not aggressive in tone or wording, yet you filtered it straight to the garbage bin. I tried to single out one part that I thought maybe was a problem (to your system at least, not a normal person) after having got a first warning, but it did not continue to provide a warning after I made a change. Your system would be infinitely more worthwhile to put effort into if it would highlight words or sentences it deems inappropriate before it tosses out a comment all together. I comment rarely, but it is frustrating to write a fairly benign paragraph and have the time wasted because of a seemingly arbitrary assessment by a computer.
