Totally agree. Same situation here. Costs time many times each day. Does AOL try to drive users away? It used to take 2 clicks on my PC to switch from my business address to my personal address. Now it take 8-10, depending on what barriers AOL throws up, and some of those click are far from instant.. Absurd!
