Fix the comments. No way to see replies to your comments on news articles
There's no way to read the replies to comments you make on a news article. It has been like this for two months I think. It stays loaded for only a second.

When tech support directs me to feedback because there is no time frame for this issue to be solved and suggests an additional 'benefit' for $9.99 a month that MAY solve the issue it is clear customer service is on crisis
