    Unable to login to my mail no matter what I am connected to

    Unable to sign-in on AOL app on my cell phone. AOL app was uninstalled and re-installed but not with the updated version. Error message says to sign-in on a different device. Representative tried assisting me with various trouble shooting steps but nothing worked.
