AOL, you have posted an article this morning (11/28) saying 'two cases of Omicron variant found in Australia' and inappropriately posted a picture of an Asian mom and son. Suggesting the two infected are of Asian decent. I am calling the author out on his/her inexcusable misuse of imagery that further pushes the narrative that China and Chinese people are to blame for every covid-related issue. These subtle images is what is fueling hate towards Asian-Americans and the Asian community. Do Better. I am leaving Aol not only because of this but also every way to get support in reporting this issue was met with a broken link that goes to no-where.
