AOL should make an effort to avoid running false/misleading ads. There is currently an ad on AOL that says "[Name of state where AOL User Lives]: New Policy For Cars Driven Under 50 Miles/Day." It sounded like a scam so I did a quick check on Snopes, which confirmed this ad, and others like it, are at best, misleading. Illinois has not adopted any policy of the sort. AOL should not be engaging in any action that helps spread misinformation.
