A technical support tab is required on AOL's comment section
You have had numerous individuals complain on your "feedback" tab that they can no longer comment because the tool that allows them to comment has been removed and/ or the reply capability has been either disabled or unavailable. It seems logical that technical help tabs should be available to these participants?

Forcing participants to join a voice user application does no one any good if (like this participant) their desk top doesn't have a microphone.
