I have been an AOL member for forty years, when I try to log in I get a notice of being the first time to log in from my computer. Please

At log in I get a notice that I am loging in from a new device and I have to go to identity autentication

    I do not understand why in the past couple of months I cannot sign in as I used to do, a notice tells me that I am logging in from a new device and I have to go through identity autentication.
