I would like to know why it takes so long to get an answer to why your comments are rejected. I have called AOL not know that Yahoo is responsible for this. I pay for your service and I find that it now has no way to take care of their customers. Why doesn't Yahoo lift the rejected customers, I would like an answer. This is the 2nd time I am giving feedback and 6th time I have spoken to reps from AOL. I still don't know why I am rejected.
