LOL, I called to see if I could switch off that brand new yellow highlighting bar which comes up on every incoming email on the list as you scroll down. Can I? Yes? No? Simple question.
Your "technician" said "Can I ask you a few questions to help me better address the problem?"
"Sure," I answered.
First question out of her mouth: "Do you use your emails for friends, commercial purposes, etc. etc.?"
I snapped her right up:
"WHAT does this have to do with a simple yellow highlighting of the list which is annoying me and which I'm asking if I can turn it on or off?"
Methinks that when big rich powerful people also feel they can wear the crown and be king, president, and governor, they have way overstepped their bounds.
