June 2 2022, Since last week, I have been unable to access aol email via AOL.com or IOS email or IOS safari due to Blerk! Error 5. Tried every suggestion I could find online. Called customer service today, no help. They tried to get me to pay for "advance technical help". This is an AOL service problem. I shouldn't have to pay. I can access my other AOL emails, but not this one. It appears it has affected numerous other AOL customers in the past and continues to. Our family has been using AOL since the 1990's. Never had any problems, until now. Has there been changes in personal, policy, or anything that suggest the quality of AOL is deteriorating? We would like to continue with AOL as we have. Please fix email access.
