I'm a Paying Customer for Decades...Why Am I Subjected to Never-ending Ads
Inane ads in every square inch. Why am I subjected to that as a paying customer for decades? AOL has turned into an ad delivery medium without any real content. Time to look for another ISP.

I have paid, since 07 Sep 1994 and still do pay for AOL. I get ads AND I get "Remove paid ads from your inbox" interrupts every time I sign on.
So I am expected to pay even more to AOL to get less? Pay still more to get a more user friendly interface.
How can AOL be improved you ask? Focus on the user not the dollar profits for a change.

Why is AOL punishing its customers? First the text notifications of important email alerts (a highly functional feature) was eliminated...then the app became less user friendly...and, NOW trying to bilk more money from existing customers? Try soliciting new account users -- stop bleeding the customer base you do have, but don't seem to appreciate!
