    Horrible format. Went to AOL help menu to try and change back. It says to hit "options" gear, which is not there. This is my work e-mail and I can't work this way. I use to complete an e-mail and it would move the completed e-mail to old mail. Why would AOL choose to work like Gmail and Hotmail and Yahoo. How do we get the old format back?

    I am not able to workm with contacts as was able to do in the past. I want to pull up a list of contcts and it does not work. I need this for communication purposes with varied groups.

    The new email format looks almost exactly like Yahoo email, which I only occasionally use because I dislike the format. I would like the option to use the old format, but fairly certain that won't be an option. I've used AOL mail for many years, but with this change, I'm switching my primary email elsewhere.

    I find the new format difficult to navigate,,,also,friends have sent articles and I cannot access them - driving me crazy pleas allow me to return to the old fomat. and now you are making me sign in to something I am not sure waht it means in order for my post to be read.

    New email format is difficult to use. Bring back the ability to the classic view. Also need columns so that you can move sender, email message, date, etc. around and sort by those columns (not just by newest to oldest and oldest to newest)

    You had no right or business to do what you did , I cannot handle all my important emails & payments I can't see anything. You must return my account to its original state.
    I have to look to other options & other cos. as this is not a dictatorship & no Co. can do this without permission.

    this is a terrible format it is slower and takes longer to look at the mail than the older one change it back please

    AOL, if you want to get rid of your loyal customers you have but ask! Changing the email format suddenly without giving us a choice to decide to keep the old Classic style which had way more features by the way, is not sitting well with most of us! I've been with you since 1996, and all of a sudden now, I am forced to look at other options....Not cool!!

    Why did you change the email format? I didn't request it. Used to be able to revert the format to the old....how do I do that now?? Leave stuff alone, man.

    This new format is awful...I was switched to this new format without a choice. It sucks. I want to go back to the old format. It motivates me to make my gmail account my primary email account.

    Why do we not get a option on our E-MAIL format? I don't like this format wish you had a way to go back to the old format. Why don't you give us a way to change back to the old format.

    Since I am a PAID user, leave my stuff alone. I don't like the view of what you have FORCED on me. For a long time you have added the "OMG WHAT A GREAT NEW AOL VIEW THERE IS" garbage and I have refused to use your NEW VIEW / FORMAT. Now you just change it? What part of 'I'm not happy about this' can you understand?

    I agree, talked to 4 email techs and 2 technical techs in the last 5 days.

    Demanded to talk to a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting and to call back later.

    Such BS!

    VERY unhappy with the new AOL email format. There is nothing visually appealing about it, nor is the functionality an improvement. As many people are expressing the same opinion, please listen to your members and change it back to the old format.
