    what the **** were you thinking? Adios AOL. I set up a gmail account years ago that I haven't used until now but I'm leaving. I have already canceled three subscriptions to AOL. Member since 1998. Hope you can afford losing a horde of ****** off customers by making this absurd decision.

    I agree. The new format is awful. Very difficult to use, and not intuitive at all. No easy way to go back to the older format.

    your new format sucks. you have taken away features that I liked and used. I will be considering dropping aol as my email provider because of this.

    Hate the new format. Visually, it is a disaster. Hard to navigate. Bring the former format back.

    If you do not go back to the old email format I will be canceling my 30 year old AOL account and moving to gmail. I have already lost numerous emails due to this ridiculous format. Another Bud Light marketing disaster

    I want my old AOL back. The old format was simple and it worked. Don't try to fix what is not broken.

    i do not like the new email format I'm old and don't like surprises we should be able to choose what is comfortable for us stop ramming new formats down our throats have a little compassion for your elders who are digitally challenged

    Found new email format resembles gmail too much and formatting is not as simple and straightforward. I particularly dislike that upon opening, the full chain -- again like my gmail -- comes up -- more often requiring me to scroll through and find latest message -- let alone scroll down and find the latest attachment. Alas, changed but not overall improved.

    Stop changing things on me. I'm old. I don't do change well. As soon as I figure out what I'm doing, you change it on me. I can't even find my old favorites
