    Stop changing things on me. I'm old. I don't do change well. As soon as I figure out what I'm doing, you change it on me. I can't even find my old favorites

    Please bring back the classic email format, the new one is terrible. As a paying customer we should of been given a choice and pick the format we preferr to work with.

    STOP MAKING CHANGES WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING THE USER, WE PAY FOR THIS SERVICE IT IS NOT FREE, THEREFORE WE SHOULD HAVE A SAY IN WE WANT NOT WHAT AOL DECIDES!!

    As many have said, I too hate this new mail format. Please give me the option to switch back.

    I dislike the new email format for several reasons. If I want to reply to an email, I have to sometimes scroll down to the bottom for a reply button. At other times it's at the top where it should be. IF there is an easy way access "favorites" I haven't found it yet. I've managed to add it to the sidebar, but when I click an item on my list of favorites, the page appears underneath the favorites list. I can't do a "google" search from the email page like before without getting a list of former emails. Instead, I have to back out of mail and search from AOL home page. Why can't AOL leave a good thing alone? I see no advantages to this new setup.

    The new email is awful. Doesn't work for me. I want my regular email back. I am so annoyed

    The new email format is terrible. I can't move text around, and when I hit Enter to start a new paragraph, there is no response. I have to go back to the old format to be able to write, but how do I do that?

    I can't look up an email by name or subject in the new format. I don't like this format at all!!

    My email did not look like this yesterday, and I have been looking for the option to switch back.....but, it isn't there! I do not want this format!

    I HATE the new format. I’ll say it again I HATE the new format! Why don’t you make the old email format an option for those who want it?

    The new AOL Mail format is terrible. Lots of problems. Spent almost 3 hours with your technician resolving critical problems. Font text size has seriously hampered me. Contact list by first name only is bad, should be able to always have and use by last name. I want very much to go back to previous AOL mail version.

    The new email format is awkward, not usefull and does not separate mail or news from advertizing. I liked the old format for a quick view of cirrent news happenings. The new format is useless to me.
