    I HATE CHANGE PLEASE CHANGE THE EMAIL BACK TO BASIC. PLEASE SENIOR ADULT & I HATE CHANGE PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK OR ATLEAST HAVE A CHOICE TO CHANGE BACK & PLEASE ASK NEXT TIME IF WE WANT TO CHANGE.

    I am a senior and when things change, and it is for the worse it is most upsetting. Why can't we choose if we want the change for ourselves?

    Its imposition yesterday was a total shock. The former format suited me just fine. I accessed it online as webmail. Navigation locations were convenient.
    Clicked on the "Try" area a few times because it was too close to the "Today on AOL" link to news articles.
    Bring back what worked!!!

    How do I get rid of newmail format and return to basic. Now format is terrible

    I tried the new format when it was offered. I didn't like the new format, I was deleting things unintentionally so went back to the old one. Now I see I'm on the new one and I don't like it. I wish you'd leave it alone. I also want old email back.
