Bring back the previous format.
This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.

This new format is awful. Could you please bring back the previous format? I know the developers have to justify their salary, but not on this way, presenting an email format that is not an improvement.

We used to be able to highlight something from an email, hit reply, and the highlighted item would appear at the top of the new message. That was helpful for responding to something specific. Why did you do away with a handy feature?

I'll be leaving aol games and other things of this nature because you guys have gone crazy with your 1:30 to 2:00 ads. They cause me to be kicked out of the game constantly and it's really annoying! And the ads are meaningless to me. I'll check back in a few months to see if any changes, if not, goodbye forever!!
