This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.

    Format changes on everything most people don't want changes on but no one gives a hoot about fixing important things like "community standards" on comments. Everything I enter is censored even knid words, congratulations, and factual opinions on political issues and people.

    please bring back the previous screen, it was easier to view and locate subjects .

    Change for the sake of change without any improvement lacks merit. Move send from one place to another, replace functional English language items with symbols like font style, size, etc. is purely just dumbing down the product. And don't get me started on whooooopeeee! Now the window for my text is about 1/8th inch high while a whole lot of other nonessential **** takes up most of my screen. It's not easier. It's not better. If I could go back to the previous version, I would think of ending my pin sticking in my AOL voodoo doll. And why is a "sign in" required to continue? I've been me on AOL for decades. I got to this site while signed in to AOL. If my doppelganger wants to leave this comment, I say let it!

    Masque spades. The new format is ridiculous. Finding a new format, and there are many out there, so I'll be looking at their ads, not yours. good bye.

    I agree. Not liking anything about the new format. I especially miss the the little snippet under the main current events instead of Read the full Story. I need to know if I want to read it first. Not crazy about the new e-mail either.

    Why does every company think that they need to change everything. Many of the comments are the same - If it wasn't broke, why did you think you need to fix it. I too, have been an AOL member for over 20 years. I am comfortable with the original system. If I wanted new and modern, I would go elsewhere. You think you have made it easier but in fact, you have made it very difficult. Please at least give those of us who prefer the old setup to go back to it. Let the users decided.

    THE "OLD AOL" WAS FAR SUPERIOR TO WHAT YOU HAVE CREATED. iF IT AIN'T BROKE...DON'T TRY TO FIX IT.
    YOU MADE THINGS VERY DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE. THE NEW AOL STINKS

    I am 80 years old and not accustomed to these changes. please bring back the original format.
    we have been with AOL for many many years. You need to accommodate us.
