This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.

    I am 80 years old and not accustomed to change.
    Please bring back the original format.
    It is very difficult to deal with this outrageous format.
    It is critical for you to bring original format back.

    The new format is horrible, can only see 2 days of old mail is ridiculous. I have lost some old emails that I needed. Why did you fix something that was not broken??

    If you change a format, make it work! It impossible to add/edit contact or paste/copy. Horrible!!

    Why don't you forget about a comments section because it is undeniable that nobody has read or intends to read the comments by long-time users of the finely polished AOL setup? It is evident that Yahoo doesn't give a **** about former users of AOL. Probably they would wish the bunch of them would drop off the face of the earth and that would suit Yahoo just fine.

    As each day goes by with the piece of **** that aol is passing off as a suitable replacement for what worked for so long I am hoping that this **** will be the ruination of you and jobs will be lost and there will be failure all over. It would be a just outcome for the tribe that put this piece of trash on the planet.

    Agree-it sucks big time. My partner has 'yahoo' account (don't ask me why) and it has the same format. I hated it when I had to use it. So, obviously, we're all lumped into that format. yuk

    Terrible, slow and hard to find contacts. PLEASE bring back the old way it was much better but no one is listening to the customer. Even if we pay for it we would get the old one back would we?

    Where are favorites? Am I correct that AOL wants to charge $6.99 per month for this service? Is it worth that for AOL to lose customers who will not being seeing your advertisers?

    I accidentally clicked to go to the new AOL mail and attempted to go back to classic, but it did not go back to the same e-mail to which I have been accustomed for MANY years. What I have now does NOT allow me to insert photos AND does NOT allow me to search contacts. I do NOT like it.

    It was perfect now it's garbage! Lost most of my contact list, I've been on AOL since 1995, I'm 83 years old and don't like the new KID FRIENDLY format ~ I'll b looking for another online email provider unless we get the old format back SOON!
