Bring back the previous format.
This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.

I agree with the post...I am considering leaving for Gmail which I did not want to do. Please allow the option to return to the old format.

I have paid for AOL since the beginning - I can't stand the new format -- how do I get the old one back?! I will leave, or at the very least, stop paying (why I am is beyond me anyway)
PLEASE let me get the old format back.

I don't like this new format at all. It is not user friendly. Please bring back the original format or I will go somewhere else. I've used AOL for years. IT IS CRITICAL TO ME!

Typical. Ignore the paying customers. If this abortion isn't fixed and d***ed fast, I'm outa here for a cheaper, more user friendly platform. You're not indispensable regardless of what your think tank MBAs tell you.

I WILL LEAVE AOL UNLESS YOU BRING BACK THE LEGACY FORMAT!!!!

I've used AOL for over 30 years and I'm comfortable with it, but no more. It may be a pain to let others know my new email address, but it's going to happen if this abortion isn't repealed.

Bring back the previous format. For countless years that was fine, now you go and make changes. At least give us the option to choose what we want. No wonder people go away from AOL.

The new format is horrendous, and not user-friendly at all. You (AOL) have made a big mistake in changing the format. You should improve what works without changing the entire format.

I have to second that comment. I am thinking of leaving also. Who in the Aol world decided that this new format is wonderful. For whom is it wonderful?????
I can't access sites I've used for a long time. I am being blocked in emails that I've saved.
If you can't give me back my old AOL mail account then I QUIT. -

Every action is now a two- step action. Reading emails now requires me to click to the next page and every time I am idle on AOL, I need to remember to refresh so that I do not miss important new emails. What a waste of my time. Deletions must be done page by page instead in a mass transaction. I run a personal and two business accounts out of AOL. I have remained with these accounts because of the ease of use and readability of the program. I hate being forced to migrate to a system that only adds to my work load. I don't like the bulky mess that AOL is now. Please give me back the old system. Faster, more efficient.

How can AOL determine which emails will remain available to me? NONSENSE! I want the emails for 2023 available from Jan. 1. This new format is rediculous. No thought given to what the user might want or need. I predict that AOL will see its demise sooner than later. AMEN!

Maybe it's time I finally moved on from Aol after all these years. This last update has me working against obstacles you created every time I turn around. Couldn't have come at a worse time. Busiest three weeks of my year.... and BOOM. So, after this season o sprinting..... I'll be moving to gmail or yahoo i expect.

THe least you can do is give us the option to use the previous version. Checking your emails should not have to be difficult and take 3 times as long as it did before. Who has time for this?
