AOL, you have destroyed everything that millions of your long-term users CHOSE YOU FOR!!!! WHY??? Do you think a more difficult, cumbersome, unwieldy platform/format is going to attract new users? Are you trying to fold the tent on AOL email???? If so, Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! Please don't! Your customers prefer you or we would not have stuck with you for 20+ years!!!!

I HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY AND AM 84 YRS. OLD. TYPING IS VERY STRENUOUS AND TIME-CONSUMING. WITH THE NEW AOL FORMAT IT TAKES OVER 5 HOURS FOR ME TO COMPOSE/ SEND AN EMAIL - QUITE FRUSTRATING INDEED. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE RETURN ME TO THE ORIGINAL AOL FORMAT. [IT'S TAKEN ME 2 HRS TO TYPE THIS PARAGRAPH.]
