Old Format!
Publish user friendly steps for returning to the old email format. The new one which has been forced on us.....PAYING MEMBERS!!!!.....is not an improvement at all. Rather, it is distracting and cumbersome. Like they say, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!!!".

Hopefully you will read the reviews on this change and let us go back to the old format. Had AOL forever it was great. Will be looking for another email provider, if I am stuck with this updated, useless format.

I am 85 years old and like most people of my generation we do not accept changes well and trust me, this one sucks.

We may be seniors but we pay our bill and should not be treated like this. Change was NOT necessary and it certainly was not improved. If it can't be repaired my granddaughter will switch me to gmail! Maybe they care about us.
