Mail format
How can restore the old AOL mail format? I've searched online, but the suggestions either don't work or I cannot find the buttons that they say we should use.

I spoke with 4 different AOL support terchnicians and they each said THE OLD SYSTEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
DO YOU BELIEVE AOL MUCKTY-MUCKS READ OR EVEN CARE OR CONSIDER WHAT WE ALL SEEM TO WANT?
