Half the time it's non-functional. I can log into aol, but when I click on email this is what displays in the url "about:blank". Nothing loads. I've been trying to get into my email on my laptop for over 3 hours this morning without success! Yet, I can view it just fine on my cellphone.

Are your servers down? This has been happening on an almost daily basis for months.

I liked the ability to imbed pictures into email & the layout of the original email. I regret that I ever personalized the appearance of my email. I've tried searching for the original layout under personalization & have been unable to find it.

I've been with aol since either 95 or 96 & am disgusted!
