RESTORE THE OLD FORMAT
Today the Quick access file was removed. Yesterday My folders in the Favorite section are gone. You did away with the Alphabetizing of my contact list and now I'm forced to scroll to find a contact. Addresses do not appear when selecting contact. Instead I get a name with a silly emoji preceding it. What am I? Some sort of child. Worse of all my secondary sign in account which was seldom used was completely erased. Years of photos and documents plus paid for programs are gone. It won't we long before I'll be gone. Gmail is looking better and better. Wise up AOL.

I had to call the help center twice in the last two weeks. They were courteous, they were patient, but the bottom line is they told me they had no control over the format changes. Thanks for nothing.
