Why has aol decided to essentially ignore their customers thoughts, ideas, suggestions? Not to mention making major changes to their discussion forum that make it virtually impossible to actually make a comment, and/or read comments.

No company, no matter how large, can survive when they forget that the customers are what keeps them in business. I spent a long career in management when I was working with IBM. And the total focus was on customer service! AOL seems to have forgotten that there is a customer.
